[September 25, 2019] Online Lecture on Mindfulness Meditation in SUD treatment

Dear colleagues,

Addiction or substance use disorder is a complicated disease, requiring not only efforts from many stakeholders but also a diversity of methods of treatment, especially psychological and cognitive therapies. Particularly, mindfulness meditation or mindfulness therapy has been proven in the world to be an effective treatment option that can be considered for substance use patients and their family.

With that purpose in mind and thanks to the valuable support from Professor Ronald O’Donnell (Arizona State University, the USA), VHATTC-UMP held an online lecture on: Mindfulness Meditation in SUD treatment, on September 25, 2019.
